Capay Valley Olive produces organic extra-virgin olive oil from hand-harvested olives grown on our farm in Northern California’s Capay Valley.

Our olives are harvested carefully and milled within hours at Chacewater Winery & Olive Mill. From there, we focus on handling and
honest presentation, so the oil reflects the fruit and the season.
